Pattern Popper

There is a casual tropical summer outfit that features a patterned top that is sleeveless waiting to be appreciated by you.

Happy new year of the golden metal Ox, folks!

Even though it's not very celebratory in terms of outward experiences here where I am as we're in lockdown 2.0 because of obvious reasons but I'm hoping that if you're feeling festive you ought to definitely be celebrating in ways that are pandemic-conscious.

Anyways, I wanted to show you a quick casual outfit I wore one fine evening.

It's often in the evenings when I get to whipping out the cam to shoot so this happened. I wore an old sleeveless scoop neck top with patterns which I've worn before and a light cotton skirt in black with a laceless pair of shoes.

I don't know about you, but I'm loving this breezy look when it's hot and humid and I still wanna look a bit feminine.

The colorblock chain earrings are at the experimental stage of development. If you're about handmade polymer clay earrings, then be sure to follow Malaysian-based jewelry label Shape & Hue as they are in the process of bringing some eye-popping earrings made for really happy earlobes.

If your earlobes are spacious like mine and you love bold statement-making styles, then you're so going to love the choices even more as these earrings will be well-suited for our fluffy lobes.

To not technically end this entry, here's a quote by Mooji as an intermission:

“If you make human company too important you will not discover your true Self. Relationships not based in truth are never entirely reliable and are rarely enduring. Taking time to discover yourself is the best use of time. Prioritize this."

Here's how I'd worn the patterned sleeveless top before, in 2016. Wow, that was ages ago. It's 2021 now and everyone is busy staying at home. #LOL

Thank you for reading! I really appreciate you taking your time to spend it here in my space. Take care and be safe! Happy Chinese New Year to those who celebrate!
